Service Agreement

1. Legally Binding Agreement: By signing this contract, you agree to the terms and fees, including email agreements. Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled service incurs a $75.00 residential or $150.00 commercial fee.
2. Product Warranties: Warranties are limited to those provided by product manufacturers. For any concerns, notify Act of Service, LLC immediately.
3. Water Usage: You agree to provide on-site water without compensation. If not available, additional charges apply. Ensure water supply is on and functional before our arrival.
4. Electrical Usage: You agree to provide on-site electricity without compensation. If an exterior source is required, additional charges apply.
5. Color and Tone Variance: Wood properties and weathering affect stain color. Expect some variance in finish.
6. Courtesy: Keep children, pets, and others away from the work area. They must stay off the work surface for at least 12 hours post-completion.
7. Payments: Payments are due as per the contract schedule and accepted via check, Zelle, cash, or credit card. Late charges apply to overdue balances. You agree to pay any collection costs.
8. Scheduling: Weather may affect scheduling. We strive to minimize conflicts, but circumstances may change project dates. You will be notified of any changes.
9. Removal & Replacement of Contents: Homeowner is responsible for moving items like grills and furniture. We are not responsible for damage or storage issues. Additional charges may apply for our removal efforts.
10. Damages: Not responsible for damages due to improperly installed or deteriorated materials. Client should shut off power to exterior outlets and cover sensitive plants. Pre-existing conditions and inherent risks of pressure washing may cause damage.
11. Stains: Some stains (tree sap, artillery fungus, etc.) cannot be removed by pressure washing. We attempt to inform customers beforehand.
12. Efflorescence: Not removed by standard pressure washing. Efflorescence cleaning is an additional service and may cause mortar/brick damage.
13. Property Condition: Your property must be in good repair. We are not responsible for water infiltration due to poor maintenance. Removal of artillery fungus is not guaranteed.
14. Protection of Stained Features: Cover stained wood doors and features before service. Cleaning chemicals can damage them.
15. Window Cleaning: Windows may become water-spotted. Window cleaning is not included unless requested. Removal of hard water stains is not guaranteed.
16. Rust and Oil Stains: Complete removal of rust and oil stains is not guaranteed.
17. Estimate and Invoice Review: Review the estimate/invoice for accuracy before service begins.
